Yes folks, she is a her father's daughter. If you know my husband you will notice the hair resemblance:). Ella's hair has just grown this last week & sticks up all over her head:). Good thing she can were it long:). My hair would probably do the same if I cut it like my husband :)
My aunt gave me this rocking chair a few weeks ago. It belonged to my Great -Grandma Bea. I rearranged her room somewhat & put it in there today. I want to repaint it this summer a light pink maybe. Meanwhile, Ella & I will enjoy it!:)
Aunt Ruth, Fred the dog, Myself, & Ella went for a short walk today. It was absolutely gorgeous!!! Ella was just looking around & taking everything in. I don't think she knew what was going on by she liked it:)! Tonight I opened the door & smelled the smell of summer coming- a grill:)! I love that smell! Can't wait to get out for more walks if this weather keeps up:)!
Ella enjoyed her first Easter surrounded by loving relatives. We got to stay in a beautiful hotel which was a lot of fun since we haven't done that since our honeymoon! Ella kept me busy since she didn't have her play toys:)! We got to go out to eat with Daniel's mom, aunt, & grandma on Sat. Ella got 2 Easter baskets from Grandma & lots of hugs & kisses!! On Sunday, we went to Daniel's former church. Ella did really good being in a different nursery. After church , we went to his uncle's house for Easter dinner. Grandpa loved being able to see Ella & Got lots & lots of smiles from her! Daniel has 3 brothers & they are soooo much alike:). & I see traits in Ella already that they all have:)! We enjoyed the time with family very much. His grandma broke her arm a couple of weeks ago & we were glad to see her there. My grandma is still in the hospital if you can pray for her. She was here at our house last week. They are still running tests. Also, if you can pray for Daniel's grandma, she is in constant pain all the time from her arm. Thanks!
My sister, Ruth, colored my hair on Saturday a light brownish auburn color. I had sorta reddish hair when I first met my husband & he loved it! So he really loves my new color. I use a non-permanent hair color called Natural Instincts so the chemicals wouldn't be too overcoming for Ella. It last for 6 weeks & has a great color all the way through.
We went to Tiffany's tea room again yesterday. Only this time Grandma was able to join us! We had so much fun! Everything was Delicious ! My favorite is the chicken salad & this time I got the pasta salad for a side & Ruth & I split a piece of chocolate cake. Today was sooo beautiful outside! 56 degrees! Grandma said we soon would be able to take Ella for walks & she wanted to get Ella a new stroller to go for walks!:) So my mom, Ella & I went to Babies r us to find one I had seen online but they didn't have it. We ended up finding the one pictured & loved it. It was on clearance & the salesman gave us 15% off too! It is a one push button & her car seat can attach on it too! You can tell she loves being in it! We have a park on the next street, we will be visiting a lot:)! I saw a robin in our front yard this morning. Spring is here!!!!!!!!!!

Mommy wishes they made outfits like this in her size but she was able to wear something other then black on Sunday in which she was very happy about:)! This is a dress with a matching trench coat, so cute! :)

I have a fun new game I do in my highchair now. That is to take my toys chew on them & throw them on the floor. Mommy gets her exercise this way bending over to pick them up.:)

This a picture of my grandma, my mom's mom. She is 88 years old, married for 67 years till her husband passed away a year ago on March 18th. She is here visiting with us till next week. Ella has such wonderful GREAT- grandma's! Last week she visited her other one,my Grandma Musser, my dad's mom, & this week she gets to spend time with her great grandma Nelson :). She loves & enjoys them both soooo much!
Great Grandma wanted to give something to Ella & so since we didn't have one, she got this highchair for Ella. I love the look of the wooden ones. It is an Eddie Bauer classic & goes well in our kitchen or dining room. You don't even notice it's there!
We still have lots of room to grow in it:). She doesn't sit up very long in it yet but soon!
Ella loves being up when everyone is together, but you can see sleep finally won! & what better place to fall asleep than on Daddy:)!
The first picture was taken when she was 3 days old. It was her first visit to her doctor. Her pediatrician is so nice & wonderful. She really takes the time with Ella & us to answer all our questions & we have a lot - being first time parents:)! So many people have different opinions on vaccines. She really put us at ease about them. Ella got her second round of shots. She handled them quite well. Note : someone told me to give her Tylenol right before they do the shots & it really seemed to help Ella go through a very short "ouchie" time. Ella has suffered no side effects so far:) Praise God! Ella has gained 2 1/2 lbs. since her last visit & grown 2 in.! She still is above average for her age but is starting to slow down in the weight area. She was cracking us up while we were waiting because every time we would hear another kid screamimg, she would talk to them:)! Daniel was able to take us during his lunch break so spending time with him was an extra blessing! Ella enjoyed it too as you can tell in the pictures :).

Someone was very tired on the way back:) Kalin had given her a doll & she held on to it really tight & fell asleep:) All in all it was a great day!
