Good Dog, Sweet Girl

Ella has been playing"ball" with our dog, Nilla, these past week. Nilla loves to push a ball next to her & he'll wait for her to toss it, which she does:). It doesn't go very far but he doesn't seem to mind because he'll bring it right back. :) He is so gentle with Ella & loves to be by her or whoever has her:). Nilla was our first"baby" & he thinks he still is one ha ha!

I've rearranged Ella's room this week. Inspired by this chair which we found out for trash. It's in excellent condition & the exact color of Ella's bedding.:) What a blessing we thought:)!!

Two flower rugs I found a a recent garage sale for $1. I also found at a garage sale -a brand new complete bedding set for me- Ty Pennington's Style brand. It's even still in stores:) & matches my room colors perfectly:)!!! All for $15.00!!

Daniel printed this out as a test page for a new printer he got so we hung it over her crib & she loves it:)!!

Lots of green this week J/K. She never had a fever or sinus infection. Ella went to the doctor yesterday because her cough was so bad but thankfully her chest & ears were clear, it's just a bad cold so she gave her medicine & that's helping a lot. She's on the mend, Yeaaaa!!!

25. I had a great birthday celebrated yesterday due to church today. Daniel took me out to eat, my mom gave me a pretty outfit, & Dad gave $$:)! Ella gave me a cold:). Poor little girl is sick. I don't know if it's her teeth or the change in the weather because she doesn't have a fever , just a cough & stuffy nose. It's her first sickness. As you can see in the pictures, Ella got a big chunk of icing off the cake:). She didn't eat it, just played with it till I could wash it off. :)

Daddy's Day

We spent Father's Day up at our church. Daniel & I went & got Subway sandwiches. We had a fun day of relaxing & enjoying each other & Ella:). Daniel is the best daddy. He is always so wonderful to Ella & I. Ella & I are both such Daddy's girls:)! I guess you never get too old:).
I took Ella's crib bumper pad off this morning & I went to check on her & saw this & I just had to take a picture. It didn't take her long to figure out things can go through the bars:).

Who needs a bottle?............

Ella has discovered cups & glasses these past few weeks & now you can't drink water while holding her because she'll want a sip too:) She does pretty well drinking from them without spilling much:)

Food, Fun, & Family........

We went to Indy this past weekend for my cousin's grad party. It was a lot of fun to stay at my relatives new beautiful house. Ella is here playing with my cousin. They are the only little kids & Since Ella is doing more stuff they can do more together. We had lots of food & laughs & relaxation. It was soooo nice to get away. :)

It's hot out there!!

But thanks to my wonderful husband, it's cool in here:)!!!! We went to turn on the air conditioner yesterday for the first time & the screen disappeared!! So we turned all the fans on & opened all the windows, luckily there was a nice cross breeze. Daniel fixed it when he got home, Yea!!!!!! It is supposed to be very hot here all next week, Blessings to whoever invented fans & air conditioners:)!!!!!

Happy 7 months Ella!!!

My mom says Ella looks just like my baby pictures in these pics:) Update on what she's doing now- crawling!!!! Not fast yet but getting faster! Sitting up stronger!! Eating all fruits & veggies & cereal. Holding her bottle. Rolling over whenever she's is on her back, Laughing!!! Smiling a lot:)! Sleeping through the night. Recognizing different people. Plays with our dogs. Put her pacifier in herself:) On the move all the time! She has been such a blessing & is so precious to us these past 7 months!!
